This business is just fantastic. They answer the phone and their email consistently, they show up when they say they will, and everything is professional. They arrived and set everything up perfectly. We used one of their double water slides and it looked good and worked great. You can tell they take care of their equipment AND their clients. I won’t use any other bounce house businesses going forward because these people were truly phenomenal. Everyone at my gathering wanted their info!

We have rented water slides twice, and have been thrilled with the experience both times. They were clean, like exceptionally clean, and maintained so well it was as if the inflatable was brand new. Communication is beautiful and we knew exactly when they would come set up and take down. The crew is always professional and extremely courteous. Rules, like no silly string, were not just stated but they kindly explained the why. They have a customer for life from us. It’s Bouncy Bouncy forever.

Used them for my daughter's 3rd birthday and they were great! We used the princess castle and it looked exactly as pictured. So easy for delivery dropoff and pickup at a park, and reasonably priced compared to some others I looked into. Can't recommend enough!

Bouncy bouncy inflatable was great to work with! We rented the 5 in 1 for my son’s 3rd birthday party and it was a hit! It took about 20 mins to set up and it held up even when the adults were jumping. They were very easy to communicate with too. I would highly recommend!

Wonderful experience! Great customer service and everything went smoothly. They did all the set up and take down for us. We ordered the mini slide combo for my son’s party and he had so much fun. Highly recommend and will be using them next year.
