Q. Does the price include set up and delivery?
A. Yes, although additional fees may apply for areas farther out. Remember prices do not include sales tax.

Q. What Surfaces can you set up on?
A. We can set up on most surfaces (Grass, Concrete/Pavers, Gravel, Turf, Indoors). We do NOT set up on Sand. We do NOT set up on Dirt for wet units

Q. How long does it take for you to set up?
A. It generally takes us about 15-20 minutes to set up events with 1 inflatable. A little longer for larger events or multiple inflatable events.

Q. What time should I schedule my event?
A. Schedule your event 1 hour before you need it up and running. We allow a 7 hour time frame at regular price.

Q. We've rented some really dirty jumps from other companies in the past. Are they always that dirty?
A. No. The Bouncy should be clean when you get it. We clean and disinfect after every rental.

Q. Do we have to keep it plugged in the entire time?
A. Yes. A blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That's why we require an outlet within 100 feet of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy duty cords.

Q. What about parks? Do parks have electricity?
A. We currently do not set up at parks

Q. What payments do you take?
A. Cash or Credit Cards. If paying by cash, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry cash.

Q. What if we need to cancel?
A. Please give us a call as early as possible to give us a chance to rent your item to someone else. Cancelling 8 days or earlier before your event is a full refund. Cancelling 7–1 days before your event will result in losing your deposit. Cancelling on the day of your event will result in full charge. Thank you

Q. Do you require a deposit?
A. Yes all orders require a $10 Credit Card deposit. They are fully refundable if you cancel your order at least 8 days prior to your rental date. If you cancel between 2–7 days prior to your rental you will be given a rain check that is good for 1 year.
